Who We Are:

Northern Pacific Advisory was founded on a simple belief: infrastructure determines how people, goods, and ideas move—and who gets access to opportunity. When designed well and thoughtfully maintained and expanded, infrastructure underpins economic growth, sustainability, and equity.

Across both public and private sectors, we bring two decades of experience advising senior leaders on complex infrastructure challenges. Our work focuses on modernizing service delivery, strengthening performance, and guiding long-term capital investment across transportation, energy, infrastructure investing, infra-tech, real estate, and renewables.

Our founding partner led McKinsey & Company’s Public Transportation Infrastructure practice in North America, working with operators, governments, and investors across the infrastructure value chain. She also serves on the San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Urban Research Association (SPUR) Board and the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management Alumni Board, supporting initiatives that strengthen communities and expand access to opportunity.

What We Believe:

Personal, trust-based relationships are critical.
Northern Pacific Advisory was founded with the explicit goal of serving a small set of clients that could be invested in personally, over the long-term.

Deep work and expertise are at the root of great outcomes.
In a world of fragmentation, Northern Pacific Advisory offers focused service at an executive-level, drawing on over fifteen years of infrastructure experience.

You must have conviction to make tough choices.
Data to inform the decision, and passion for the industry, are foundational to the work we do. We anchor in fact, actively listen, and clarify contradictions and trade-offs across stakeholders and objectives.
